Dr. Roughan started her career as an immunologist at the world renowned Scripps Research Institute, where she was part of one of the top research groups in the country.

She then took a long spell at Miltenyi Biotec, where as a product manager, she led a significant period of growth and transformation by fine-tuning product marketing processes and adapting them to be specific for life-sciences.

Leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience in science, marketing and engineering, Jill founded Sciencia Consulting.

Her goal when bringing Sciencia to life was to share her modern, strategic and personalized marketing strategies with the life science and biotech industries.

A passionate and enthusiastic leader, Dr. Roughan follows basic principles of user centric and pragmatic marketing techniques, to help companies large and small reach new frontiers of creativity and innovation.
